Black Label Ski
High output activities meet extreme weather. Apparel designed to both protect and manage body temperature.
The Brief
Black Label sits at the top of the DARE 2B ski hierarchy. Designed for high altitude, black runs and performance at the peak. Each season the brief is to innovate, push industry standards and create 'Halo' marketing pieces. Mainly sold in the DACH markets the styling and bold colours are to capture that market.
The Results
Pushing innovation for AW23, Graphene treated fibres were added to the lining. Graphene conducts & dissipates body heat creating a personal microclimate. To maximise the effect, and balance breathability and stretch, the lining was created in zones to effectively map the body. Combined with a 20k/20k outer fabric and lightweight compressible insulation, body temperature is effectively both managed and protected against the harshest of elements during high output activity.
