Create a range build that can be outfitted to cater for all weathers and mountain activities, optimising the range for sales depth per style & de-risking over development. A range that can respond to a multitude of end uses and weathers, in a world where weather is becoming more volatile, sales dip in transitional seasons and our consumer lives and breaths all mountain activities.
The Results
A matrix of all year round product. Endless combinations of layers that cater to all weathers and end uses, from fast & light outfits to protection against the harshest elements. A focus on versatile, lightweight, high performance pieces that can be layered together to create different levels of protection, covering all seasons and transitional periods. Hero pieces that anchor and flow between different capsules, giving the range the agility to respond to different end uses on the mountain.
